Cascaded Radon Demultiple is an extension to the WesternGeco portfolio of Radon demultiple techniques. Its inclusion in a processing sequence complements other demultiple methods such as high-resolution Weighted Least Squares Radon, 2D SRME and 3D SMP by attenuating additional multiple modes: the result is en enhanced demultiple solution.

Cascaded Radon Demultiple can also be used as a standalone Radon demultiple process that can applied in areas where quick yet effective multiple attenuation is required, and eliminates the need for shot interpolation or prior velocity analysis.
