The value of the interpretation created using the Techlog wellbore software platform can be further enhanced through the seamless integration of the data into the subsequent geological and reservoir models. The open Techlog platform allows for the easy transfer of data to and from the application via its data API and predefined connectors.

Data API

Available in C and .NET, this important utility allows programmers to write applications that read and write against the Techlog binary data stores. This enables applications containing proprietary algorithms to be created, without the need for programming staff to be involved.

Data import and export

Users can exchange various data types (including images, tops, and contacts) between the Techlog platform and Petrel software using a graphical interface. In addition, two-way (import and export) data connectors exist between the Techlog wellbore software platform and

• the ProSource Front Office E&P corporate information management system
• Recall software, allowing you to perform Recall searches and then drag-and-drop results into Techlog software, as well as export using simple filters
• the OpenSpirit data access framework, allowing you to listen to data broadcasts from the OpenSpirit layer or broadcast data back from Techlog software for export.
