Our all-inclusive suite of Lost Circulation Materials includes an engineered approach to the design and application of plugs and bridging agents. Our Lost Circulation technologies include proprietary engineering software to determine the optimum Particle Size Distribution (PSD) of bridging materials.
We provide basic Lost Circulation Materials ranging from flakes and fibers to the specially engineered FORM-A family of cross-linking polymers. These cross-linking agents and fibrous materials are designed to plug large fractures or vugular zones. Our VERSA family of thermally activated gelling agents generates viscosity and develops a gel structure once bottomhole temperature exceeds140F (60C).
