Annulus Pressure and Temperature
SURVIVOR DPM high-pressure, high-temperature (HPHT) dynamic pressure module continuously measures the pressure in the annulus between the tool and the borehole, using two independent and highly accurate quartz gauges.
From the direct downhole measurement of annular pressure, the tool provides a downhole equivalent circulating density (ECD). A measurement of annular temperature is also provided.
The SURVIVOR DPM tool can operate in pressures up to 25,000 psi and temperatures up to 350 degF [175 degC].
