Line-Actuated Flow Control Valves

TRFC-HN producer valves the only single control line-actuated flow control valves incorporating a closed hydraulic system that is not affected by and does not communicate with the annulus or tubing. A built-in gas chamber is used instead of a second hydraulic line. The TRFC-HN injector valves help reduce casing erosion and vibration impact that can be very hard on the string at high injection rates.

Surface-Actuated Flow Control Valves

TRFC valves have 11 positions and can handle up to 70,000 bbl of fluid flow. This valve provides surface-actuated downhole control of reservoir flow in multizone or multilateral wells.

Wireline-Retrievable Flow Control Valve

WRFC-H valves are designed for gas lift applications, can handle up to 30 MMcf/d of gas or 10,000 bbl/ day of fluid. It can be installed or retrieved by standard slickline or coiled tubing.
