Uncemented Multistage Stimulation System

Our uncemented multistage stimulation systems use either hydraulically set openhole or oil swellable packers to isolate fracture zones during multistage stimulation in horizontal, deviated, and vertical wells. The systems

• withstand differentials up to 10,000 psi across the packers and ball seats
• permit higher fracture rates with lower pump pressures
• minimize operation time, costs, and risks
• eliminate need for wireline, coiled tubing, and cementing.

Falcon Multistage Stimulation System

The Falcon system uses hydraulically set openhole packers to isolate fracture stages during stimulation treatments. The system allows up to 20 stages to be fractured continuously, with the use of balls of progressively increasing diameters and drillable ball seats.

Falcon Swellable Multistage Stimulation System

This Falcon system with swellable packers isolates fracture stages during stimulation treatments, and can be used with wells requiring isolated matrix acidizing treatments. The packer element has advanced sealing capabilities for long-term isolation.
