MegaDiamond uses high-pressure, high-temperatures technology to produce polycrystalline diamond (PCD) and polycrystalline cubic boron nitride (PCBN). MegaDiamond offers a full range of PCD and PCBN tool material products in full-round blanks as well as pre-cut pieces. Our PCD and PCBN products provide increased productivity and cost savings over conventional carbide and ceramic tools. In addition, MegaDiamond produces an extensive line of PCD products for the oil and gas drilling and mining industries, including diamond enhanced inserts for three-cone petroleum and percussive mining bits and PCD cutters for fixed-cutter petroleum bits.
