Smith International, Inc. ANNOUNCES earnings

release AND CONFERENCE CALL INFORMATION

 

 

HOUSTON, Texas (February 4, 2010)... Smith International, Inc. (NYSE: SII) announced that it plans to release financial results for the period ended March 31, 2010 on Thursday, April 29, 2010 prior to the opening of the New York Stock Exchange.  The press release will be followed by a conference call at 10:00 a.m. Central Time, which is open to the public.  The conference call will include a discussion of the quarterly results and a brief question and answer session.  John Yearwood, Smith’s Chief Executive Officer, will host the call and will be joined by William Restrepo, Chief Financial Officer, Chris Rivers, President of M-I SWACO and Shawn Housley, Director of Investor Relations.
